The lobby is small in size and furnished in a traditional style with its seating area. The hotel is centrally located very close to Termini station. This is a traditional Italian palazzo keeping in touch with the surroundings. There is a breakfast lounge composed by 2 small rooms next to the reception. All the single rooms have small bathrooms with floor mounted showers. The corridors have high ceilings and are well lit. The lobby is very small, as is the breakfast area and decorated with pastel colour furniture, parquet floors and rugs. The seating areas have small sofas. This hotel is situated near the "Teatro Dell'Opera" and very close to "Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore" and the main railway station. The hotel is housed in a traditional Roman building. This is a traditional Italian Palazzo, building blending in harmoniously with the surrounding area. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but a well-appointed breakfast room, serving traditional Italian breakfast. Rooms are medium to large in size all basic in furnishing with lights brown colours and tiled floors. All rooms offer the basic facilities for an Hotel of this standard and are clean and well kept. Just 7 of them have air conditonined, payable on the spot. Hotel share its entrance with other two Hotels and is located on the first floor. Entering its main door there is a small reception which leads to a sitting area with a sofa and chairs. Hotel is located near the main railway station Termini and therefore very close to all Rome main tourist attractions. The exterior of the building is traditional and not quite attractive but in line with the surroundings. The breakfast room respects the traditional style of the hotel. Basic and simple Hotel in a very good location ideal for those on a tight budget.

There is no restaurant, but breakfast room only which is simple in furnishing but quite cosy and familiar. All the bedrooms are medium in size, furnished in a traditional and simple style. The decors are basic and simple. This hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the central station and the historical centre of Rome. The lobby is medium, green carpeted. The reception desk is in front of the entrance. At the right side of the desk,there is a small bar and a medium sitting area carpeted with large easy-chairs red coloured. Another sitting area with same style is at the left side with a large wooden table in the middle of the room. This is a traditional style building in keeping with the surrounding area. At the entrance of the hotel there is a stairway that brings directly to the reception desk. The hotel has also a small conference room for business meeting.
