There are two restaurants at the hotel. The hotel's rooms vary in size; 80% are medium and 20% are large. Some rooms have been renovated in modern, simple style with light green/neutral colors. However, many rooms are very basic and would benefit from redecoration. Some floors are in better shape than others. The rooms are medium in size and are designed and furnished in a truly modern upbeat funky artistic fashion that utilizes a lot of bold colors. The hardwood floors throughout are a great feature. The hotel's lobby is small in size and is truly a work of art. The entire lobby area resembles a museum space as it contains a lot of great Pop Art. One piece is an actual Campbell's Soup Can that was designed and signed by the artist Andy Warhol. The artwork, range of colors and fashionable furnishings give the lobby a funky fun feel. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Manhattan's historic Flatiron district which is a few blocks away from the Empire State Building.
