The rooms are large, nicely decorated and are equipped with cable satellite television, in-room movies, AM/FM alarm clock and coffee/tea maker. Some rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. The lobby is large with tropical plants and scattered seating areas and dark stone flooring. The resort is directly on the oceanfront on Sunny Isles Beach and 20 kilometers from Miami International Airport, 51 kilometers from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and South Beach. This is a modern, low-rise building in 1950's style and painted in a cream color. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor, which serves full meals and snacks. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance. This is a pleasant family type hotel, which is popular with holiday makers.
