The rooms are medium in size and in excellent condition. All are decorated in a modern and contemporary style, with light wooden furniture. The bathrooms are small in size and in excellent conditions. The lobby is small in size and very well decorated with an adjacent bar area and comfortable seating area. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area just two minutes away from Paddington tube and train station. The hotel is converted from an old townhouse and the building is in very good decorative order. The hotel has a pleasant breakfast room. The Rooms are traditional in style and are in good condition. The bathrooms are small to medium sized and the majority of the rooms have a shower rather than a bath. The lobby is long and thin with a reception desk to the left hand side. Based literally one minutes walk from Marble Arch Tube Station. The Hotel is ideally situated for Shopping being less than 2 minutes walk form Londons thriving Oxford Street. This is a traditional London town house. There is no restaurant as such but don't let that put you off. The location of the property means there are literally hundreds of restaurants within the local area to choose from. The breakfast room is located behind the reception on the ground floor. A good quality hotel and absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of London. (PH10/06)

On average the rooms are medium in size, and in good condition, decorated in pale, neutral colours. The bathrooms are also in good condition. The lobby is an attractive feature of the hotel, it is small but welcoming, decorated in creams with a beige marble floor. The Hotel is situated in the heart of Bays water on a quiet side street just off the Bays water Road, less than 5 minutes walk from Queens way and Bays water underground station with its excellent connections to the West End. The hotel consists of several attractively renovated, connected and converted town houses dating back to the early 1900s There is no Restaurant as such but a large breakfast room located adjacent to the reception. The overall impression of this hotel is that it is a clean, well maintained property for its class, ideal for all types of leisure travellers. (1106PH)

The rooms are medium and the majority are in very good condition. The furniture and design is modern contemporary in the majority of rooms. The bathrooms are small in size and in very good condition. The lobby is elegant and well furnished and is medium sized. It has a marble floor, comfortable soft furnishings and is decorated in a very modern style. The hotel is located overlooking Hyde Park just five minutes from Queensway tube station and Lancaster gate tube station, and close to Marble Arch and the West End. The hotel is an attractive white Victorian building with its entrance flanked by columns. There is a cafe style restaurant on the ground floor adjoining the lobby which offers modern international food and on a couple of evenings a week Malaysian cuisine. It benefits from a conservatory which overlooks Hyde Park and makes the whole area pleasantly light and airy. The medium sized rooms are understated by contrast with the lobby, but are in exceptional condition. Many rooms command superb views over London, ironically the views from the standard rooms are better than those from the executive rooms, all the bathrooms are also in exceptional condition. Thirty of the rooms now have two double beds and are ideal for families. The lobby is very impressive, mainly decorated in cream marble with exciting modern architectural features, elegant traditional furniture and plentiful seating. The hotel is located on the Edgware Road leading out from central London. It is situated opposite Edgware Road underground Station, offering easy access to all London areas, while Marble Arch and Oxford Street are only ten minutes walk from the hotel.
