The rooms vary in size and are in excellent condition. The decor is contemporary and offers all the comfort that could be expected from a newly refurbished property. Rooms and bathrooms are very well equipped and air-conditioned. Many rooms have an outstanding view over the city. The lobby is one of the most spacious in Paris, with elegant marble floors. The public areas are modern and decorated and furnished to high standards. The hotel is on the Left Bank of the River Seine; a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and Mirabeau Bridge. It is near to a shopping arcade, with cinemas and nightclubs. Built in 1970, this is a modern high rise building. The newly opened restaurant "Tour Eiffel Cafe", overlooking the Seine, serves high standard French cuisine and the "Benkay" serves authentic fine Japanese cuisine.
