The rooms are small and in moderate condition. The decor and furnishings are basic and the atmosphere is a little bit sombre. The lobby is small and simply decorated, in line with the style of the rooms. The hotel is ideally located, 3 minutes walk from the Place de La Republique, in a lively area with good shops, restaurants and cinemas. The Canal St Martin and Bastille are within walking distance. Good public transport connections. This is a traditional, 6-storey Parisian building. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria on the ground floor, open plan with the lobby. There is no other restaurant in the hotel but a variety of bars and restaurants are a few steps away from the hotel. This is a basic 2 star hotel in a vibrant tourist friendly location.
