Rooms are extremely plain and basic with carpet, furniture and color television - functional but not flashy. Bathrooms are basic and very small. No amenities e.g. soaps, shampoos etc. are supplied. Plain decor with reception area - 24 hour access to the reception desk. A perfect hotel for budget-minded travelers. This hotel is simple, with no frills, amenities or services, but at a great price and a great midtown location. Excellent for sightseeing – only five blocks from the Empire State Building. A short walk to Madison Square Garden, Macy’s Herald Square and all midtown shopping. Traditional The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are many restaurants offering various cusines within a few blocks of the hotel. A good hotel for "budget minded" travelers. This hotel is simple, no frills, no amenities or services. But at a great price and a great midtown location. Just off of Fifth Avenue on 28th Street, good for sightseeing - only five blocks from the Empire State Building.
