There are two restaurants at the hotel. The hotel's rooms vary in size; 80% are medium and 20% are large. Some rooms have been renovated in modern, simple style with light green/neutral colors. However, many rooms are very basic and would benefit from redecoration. Some floors are in better shape than others. The friendly Pennsylvania hotel is located in the lower part of New York's midtown area, facing Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It is only 3 blocks from the magnificent Empire State Building, the Fashion District, Macy's department store and the Theatre District. The lobby is extremely large and bustling with activity. It has recently undergone renovation and has been restored to its former traditional style. The lobby is very grand with high ceilings and marble floors. The lobby also has a newsstand and gift shop and restaurant. This landmark hotel was built in 1919 and is one of New York City's largest hotels. - Melhor do Hotel   nada...um hotel comum num ponto estrategico de NY, sem cafe da manha.
- O que é preciso melhorar no hotel?  pelo menos um serviço de cafe, pode ser ate pago com redução na diaria para o hospede que usufruir. os quartos sao muito pequenos.

- Melhor do Hotel   la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. la información a los latinos es muy buena
- O que é preciso melhorar no hotel?  limpieza de las habitaciones. Servicio de teléfono más accesible, me cobraron 1 minuto 22 dolares. Poder pedir algo para comer desde la habitación se hace muy complicado, sugiero un mejor servicio en las habitaciones
