The hotel is centrally located between the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal Waterway on Collins Avenue, just 5 minutes drive to South Beach, shopping at Lincoln Road Mall and the Convention Center. Miami International Airport is 25 minutes away by car. The hotel is a modern nine-story beachfront hotel, built in 1999. The hotel has a breakfast room. This property offers a unique atmosphere with an aquatic theme which include spectacular murals and aquariums. Its back door leads directly to Miami Beach's famous boardwalk, ideal for leisure and convenient for walking to South Beach, minutes away.
