| The restaurant is a simple airy room on the ground floor with an adjoining bar, where a continental buffet breakfast is available. The rooms are medium in size and in good condition. All rooms are decorated in light colours with dark wooden furniture. The rooms at the front of the hotel offer attractive views over the square and the basement rooms are slightly larger. The bathrooms are in fair condition, all with showers and some with baths. Situated in a quiet residential square, the hotel is a five minutes walk from Bayswater Road and Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. The small reception area is light, airy, and has a seating area available. The building is traditional Victorian town house. Traditional, basic hotel situated in a quiet yet central area.
